Volunteers

If all goes well when I hit the magic button to post there should be a picture of the first daffodil! Could it be that spring will return to Virginia? It was so gorgeous outside today! Sigh....I definitely have spring fever.

Today we had 14 Pioneer Girls from Silver Springs , Maryland at the mission. What a great group. Some boxed clothing, one group sorted and cleaned the "Office Depot" room and another group sorted and cleaned the medical room. I estimated with Charlie and my hours added with them we had 128 hours of labor done today. We are tired but feel very good about today. This is the third year the girls have come and their leaders told us that coming to the mission is there favorite trip of the year.

I am sooooo far behind in everything else however! I have bills to pay, cooking to do, laundry, and a house to clean. I am so looking forward to Sunday as a day of rest.
