Susanne at Living to Tell the Story hosts Friday Fave Five in which we share our five favorite things from the past week. Thank you Susanne for hosting this inspirational sharing game!
1. I'm not in pain from an abscess tooth. I've had lots of dental dilemmas this week but I can rejoice for the excellent care I received.
2. Time to putter and work in our garden and yard last weekend . We rarely have the weekend off so it was a nice to trim the lilac bushes (since I couldn't see out of my office window) and get to some projects done that have been put off for lack of time.
3. Hearing from all of our kids. They are all busy grown ups now so I don't always get an opportunity to talk with them. (So if you are reading this call your mom!)
4. I love our little nest. It's been really nice to relax on the front porch swing and read a book or sit under my favorite shade tree in the back yard, enjoy the breeze, the birds, and my secret garden.
5. The "Mission Mall". We process, sort, and box used clothing at the mission. It's all hand sorted so very time consuming. One of the benefits is being able to find gently used clothing that we can personally use. My good friend Joyce knows my taste and sizes so enjoys surprising me with her finds. So if I'm ever at an award ceremony and someone asks "Who I'm wearing" I would have to say , "Joyce".
I'm looking forward to the weekend. Hope you are too.

LOL! Well, at least you KNOW who you're wearing! I'm wearing "inspector 572"... ;)
Omigosh, it's no wonder you weren't showing up in my Google Reader feed, you moved! lol It's a good thing I finally took the time to check why you hadn't posted anything lately, now I know why!!!! I've now changed the url and your new blog is in my Reader:-)
Thank you so much for the compliments you've left about my Farmtown, I'm so bad at not answering back:-( Steve and I are usually on the phone while we play the games on Facebook and it sure can be time consuming, can't it! lol I've cut back on the games a lot because just don't have time for them all. My poor blog and visits have been suffering because of it plus spending more time outside now that Summer is here.
Take good care of YOU and I hope you're enjoying some wonderful days! xoxo
