How to get your friends to visit you.....

The simplest way to get your friends to visit you is to stop blogging for 3 weeks and tell everyone you are fine!

It's amazing to find out that:

1. They don't believe you even when you assure them.

2. Assume that you are depressed.

3. Come up with the worst case scenarios.....that are far worse than any situation you are currently in.

4. Will pray for you and send you encouraging notes.

Thanks for your prayers, concerns, and thoughts. Our current situation has not changed a bit but our attitudes have definitely improved. God is good all the time.....even when we are not.

I am sorry to read that there is something wrong in your life, I have no idea what it could be. But whatever it is I wish with all my heart that you are getting out of it very quickly !!

My dear friend, you know you both are in our prayers. Just because we are serving God does not mean that we never hit a bump in the road...does it???
You are loved and immensely valued.

That is RIGHT! Maybe I should stop blogging NOW and then allllll my friends would come to the BEACH to find me in September! LOL! What a party THAT would be!!!

See? Friends help your ATTITUDE ... even if they don't help anything else! The REST is left up to God!

I have spent years persuading myself that the bumps in the road make us appreciate the smooth bits all the more :-)

I'm sorry things are difficult - but when you least expect it, a sunbeam can light the darkest way.

I missed you! I am sorry you are going through so much. You will be on my heart and in my prayers.

I know when I went through my divorce,I had Nancy my special needs girl who was 16 at the time and Karen was 12 and Kelly was 4 months old and then raising them, and Karen and Kelly graduated from college and all the hard years I thought I had been through it all!!
So in 2003 when I fell and shattered my knee and hurt my back I couldn't belive it!!! Oh my! I laid in the hospital bed and it was after much heart ache and being so upset, I was able to say, God Is Good All the time!! I felt like I had been through enough! Then Nancy came down with lupus and that has been hard too!!

But Praise God HE has got us through!!
I know you must being feeling whatever it is you are going through that you have had enough with the car hitting your knee...So I really understand how it feels when more things happens. It sure isn't easy! Bless your Heart!

I will be lifting you up and praying God's Peace and Love to surround you all. Love and Hugs, Carolyn
