Saturday Photo Hunt....delicious

Whenever any of my kids come home for a visit they always want to go to Chick-fil-a. There are no Chick-fil-a's in New York or Canada so they really want to get their fill whenever there is one close by. Delicious is the first bite of something you've been craving for a long time!

Saturday Photo Hunt...Cooked

I have this strange habit of taking pictures of my food especially if I'm eating out some where that I'm sure my kids would enjoy. This was a vegetable plate at a place called "Sweet Potatoes" in Savannah, Ga. Vegetables above are collars with lemon, corn pudding, mashed sweet potatoes with apples, and cold asparagus with tomatoes.

Saturday Photo Hunt...Steps

Have you ever wondered would it would be like to STEP up on the winner's podium? To represent your country in some sport and win? To stand proudly while they played your national anthem? Well my kids got that opportunity and as you can see they were all thrilled, ( well maybe not all of them!)

This is our daughter Suzy (First Place), son in law Tim (Second place), and Canadian son in law Jerry (3rd place) at the Olympic park in Canada hamming it up for the camera. When I thought of steps, I though this would be a great picture for the hunt.

Saturday Photo Hunt....Water

This is one of my beautiful daughters (Suzy) and her handsome hubby ( Tim) standing in front of Niagara Falls. A favorite place for honeymooners and vacations!

Niagara Falls is a set of massive waterfalls located on the Niagara River in eastern North America, on the border between Canada and the United States. Niagara Falls comprises three separate waterfalls: the Horseshoe Falls (Canadian Falls), the American Falls, and the smaller, adjacent Bridal Veil Falls.

Saturday Photo Hunt....Salty

Virginia Beach's newest attraction is King Neptune, a colossal 34-foot-high bronze statue located right off the Board Walk. I watched them weilding this "guy" into place. If anyone knows about salt I figured it would be Neptune!

btw.....97% of the world supply of water is salt water, 2% is ice, 1 % is drinkable water.
