I have always enjoyed putting together jigsaw puzzles. However, life got busy and living in a small house doesn't give you much space to set up a puzzle board . This year for my Birthday I asked Charlie for a puzzle board that turns on a lazy susan base that I could put on my card table in my office. That was my " surprise birthay gift" and I immediately set up a puzzle I bought at the youth yard sale. The first puzzle I put together was 750 pieces with two of my favorite things.... coffee and flowers! It had a banner that said, " Coffee and friends are the perfect blend". It took me about a week to finish it. I usually put together the outside frame pieces before filling it in. However the frame had a checker board pattern with scattered coffee beans that was impossible to figure out. So I found the words for the banner first which says " Coffee and friends are the perfect blend. Then I put together the different coffee cups. I had never attempted a 750 piece puzzle. It was harder than I thought but gave me great satisfaction when I completed it. I ended up putting the frame together last .
