You'd be complaining too if all your Diva did was hold you, take pictures and kiss you! We went by the hospital this morning for a short visit. Suzy was able to take a shower and change into her own clothes (which always makes you feel better!)
They will be coming home tomorrow afternoon and Poppa, the cats and I are ready to see them. Uncle Andy came by the hospital with us but is now on his way to work.
He had to taste the lasagna I put up for later meals. Such a guy...always into quality control. He gave it two thumbs up!
Suzy was delighted when the lactation specialist told her she should eat high fat cheese cake late at night for the baby's sake. We made sure we bought one.....being responsible grandparents. The scarifices one makes for baby! (ha!)
This is a cheesy picture of my baby boy (now 6'2"). They grow up in a hurry.
Tiny Tim is nursing better and longer so poor momma is feeling better about nursing him. I think things will be even better when they are in the comfort of their own home.
One problem might be Suzy's other baby Pan (the Cat) who has just discovered the changing pad and thinks it was really nice of them to make it for him. Silly cat....right now he is about 3 times the baby's weight.

Congratulations!! I just saw you had updated and came by to see what was happening. Wow...was I ever surprised. :) Sort of like the cat is going to be when they all get home. Good docs tell their patients to eat cheesecake for the baby's sake...I really liked that.
Omigosh, Daisy, what a darling little new grandson you have!!! Congratulations to all of you:-) Big smiles here, I'm just so happy for you. I can't wait for my own grandbaby to be born now!!!! lol xoxo
Well...I for one am lovin' the pics! I'm sure he'll be OK if he knows you're making him a blog baby star!
Love ya!
Susan
P.S. I love that picture of you and Andy as well!! What a treasure.
Congratulations to you and the whole family Daisy! You all look so wonderfully happy. Please give Suzy special hugs and encouragement about nursing. I wonder if she has been in touch with La Leche League? They are a wonderful mother-to-mother support group who helped me a lot when Alex was new and everything seemed so strange.
I wish all of you happy days and restful (or at least cheesecake delicious) nights as you get to know your newest family member.
