We are here in Canada with our precious Emma and as you can see I've got my hands full of sweetness. Honestly, to see her light up when you come into her room makes your whole day.
Mr. Wonderful is totally smitten and is trying desperately to teach her how to say "poppa!" There is pure magic in the way he holds her and dances around the room singing with her. He is totally protective of her and watches her every move. Emma loves the attention too and squeals with delight and laughter.
We went to the Berry Barn on Wednesday for some Saskatoon Berry Pie. Emma thought is was pretty good too!
You can bet Mr. Wonderful made short work of it! He also bought a huge jar of Saskatoon berry jelly to take back with him. The Berry Barn was a great backdrop to take some pictures so we took lots (any idea the star of the show was?
We definitely took advantage of Emma's good mood, the beautiful background, and gorgeous weather. Emma rode in the seat of a grocery cart earlier that day too....lots of firsts for our little one and of course what fun to watch her take it all in.
Emma was quite content to have her own special sized bench to rest on. She loves to clap her hands together especially when she is happy or excited. She is so much fun to watch.
I can already tell you that the time is flying by way too quickly! She has changed so much in just the short time since we have seen her. She has so much personality now! The funny part for me is when our daughter asks us tentatively if we would "mind watching Emma" for her! Hmmm...let me think about it? OF COURSE WE WILL!!
I know I owe all of you visits......just know I'll make it up to you once I get home but right now I'm rocking my baby, and babies won't keep.

Don't you worry yourself about any of us...WE DO KEEP!! We will be here when you get back God willing!! Thanks for all of these special pictures that I have been "stealing" and saving on my hard drive. They are all so cute and great to have!! I am so happy that you both are happy grandparents.
