Knee Watch...one month report!

Just got back from Physical Therapy and my reports are good. I see the surgeon tomorrow and I'm sure he will release me from further visits. I'm not 100 % yet so will still probably have a few more weeks of therapy.

My improvement is really noticeable and my hamstrings have greatly increased which is what I need to compensate for not having an ACL.

I can bend my knee with help to 118 degrees, still looking for 120-125 degrees but definitely an improvement. I'm a pedaling machine but still have a way to go for me to march in place with Leslie Sansone and the one mile walk.

Mr. Wonderful and I did some power shopping over the weekend and knee held up well (much better than Mr. Wonderful!) Call me the star pupil of the month.! I'm really pleased that I have made progress with every visit.
