Sunday Seven....Emma meets the family!
1. It's been a busy week with Emma meeting the rest of the family this week. The picture above is Emma with her Uncle Andy (Mom's little brother) and Auntie Suzy (Mom's little sis) at Auntie Suzy's library.
2. This is Emma and I at my desk. Since Emma is half American, her Diva had to buy her a 4th of July outfit in Red, White and Blue. Emma has been very therapeutic for me the last few weeks. I will certainly miss all of them when I have to take them to the airport next week.
3. Emma is intrigued by Uncle Tim's full beard. She really loves her extended family. Family means lots of kisses, and lots of arms to be held and cuddled.
4. Uncle Andy and Emma seem to be hitting it off together. Andy was a little nervous about being around babies but was soon won over by her smiles and coos.
5. Who Knew that babies come with a warning now days? Emma shirt says, "Caution, may cause Sleepless nights" maybe we should ask her mom and dad if it's tru

6. Becky was really glad to see Jerry after being gone to a martial arts conference all last week. Jerry surprised her and arrived earlier at Grand Central Station.

7. Poppa is still her favorite. They seem to have a special connection.
All in all it has been a fun week with family. We leave tomorrow to go to Virginia Beach to visit with great grandmother and great auntie Barbara. Emma has really been the star of this US Tour.

Hey Daisy..I have been thinking and thinking about you wondering how you are going to part with Becky and family. It is so hard. We had to give up Jon this morning!! We are about 6 hours from home tonight!! We are camped. Heard from Jeff that our A/C is out again so it looks like we are going to have to replace it!! Like we needed this. I love your pictures of Emma. I bet you have been taking lots and lots. I took pictures every turn Saturday. We had the best time!! I posted tonight a small entry. I think it's sO great that she hasn't hit that "shy" stage yet! She really DOES seem to be enjoying being passed around from relative to relative! That is SO wonderful!!! What perfect timing this trip was! God is GOOD!!!
By the way... do ya think we could get one of those orange t-shirts in DEREK's size???

Love the t-shirt and all the pics! It seems like there is no shortage on love and hugs in this family! I'm so glad you've had this time together and that you've recorded it to share. It's what family is all about.
