Saturday I was hit by a car in the parking lot as I walked to my car. This is my "B" List that describes me this week.
1. Bruised.....I rolled off the car hood and landed on all fours so my hands and knees are now a lovely color of blue and green.
2. Blue...my favorite color but not on my skin.
3. Bent....I had x-rays taken of my wrists and knees as they were bent backward by the fall.
4. Broken.....no broken bones but am waiting on an MRI on my left knee.
5. Baby....my grand baby will be here in two days. Emma is 4 months old and this will be our first meeting. I'm so excited I can hardly wait.
6. Blessed.....to still be alive and not seriously injured.
7. Bracelets.....my favorite kind of jewelery. I lost my favorite bracelet and am trying to find a new "favorite".
8. Bad.....how I feel on most days now. I also feel bad that I am putting so much extra work on my Mr. Wonderful.
9. Bed.....my new office. Good thing we have a queen sized bed for the laptop, books, medications, food, phone and anything else I may need during the day.
10. Ballet....a one legged dance that I preform on a daily basis transferring from bed to chair.
11. Banter ....(good humored teasing) the only way I can handle this intolerable situation now.
12. Blooming......Mr. Wonderful planted my garden all by himself because he knows I love flowers and vegetables.
13. Better....what I'm hoping to be on a daily basis.

I think about you all the time, girlfriend...I hope you are back to your normal self in no time!! I'm so excited for you getting to see that beautiful Emma!! I have been waiting for this for you for months now!!

I hope the MRI does not show any major problem.

You poor dear, I can't even imagine the pain you're in right now...hopefully you will be tons better in a few days!! What a wonderful hubby you have to plant your garden for you...you'll have to cook him his favourite meal and dessert when you're all better:-) xox
