13 Reasons Why Daisy is Looking forward to being a
- I adore my kids and can hardly wait to spoil their offspring.
- Babies are such fun and when they cry you can give them back to their momma's.
- I love to buy toys and books.
- They make Christmas so much more fun.
- They have the cutest clothes.
- It's an opportunity to see your child as an caring adult.
- I can use some of the acquired knowledge I gained while raising their parent.
- I can break out the apron and bake cookies again.
- I can watch all the kid TV I want and say, "The baby was watching it!"
- Babies think you can do anything.....so you do!
- I can read some great children's book like "Is Your Momma a Llama?"
- Babies are so trusting and their laughter is contagious.
- What could be better than a little hand curled around your finger?

Looks like I am FIRST!! Well you have good reasons for being a grandmother!! GREAT REASONS!! You will also find that babies are a lot of work but oh when they smile at you!! that makes up for everything!!

Actually, I hope not to be a Granny for some time. Waiting so long to have a child meant that all the other women my age were starting to have their children get married and have kids, while I still had a teenager.
Besides she is young, has a lot of ambition and hasn't come close to meeting the right man yet.
But, I certainly am glad you get to be one!
nothing is better than that little hand. DD's hand is bigger now, but she'll still take mine when I reach for her...I can't imagine that still happening for too much longer. *sigh*
Really, there's nothing really so sweet as holding a baby in your hand, smelling his sweet breath. I agree with you 100%.
