Now I can say I'm first here. I also do love the sound of a baby's laughter - it's contagious, the chirping of the birds - in fact of I have 2 pairs of love birds which makes so much chirping in the early morning and I love it. The sounds of the waves at the beach - makes me feel cool and peaceful.
My TTH and T13 is up too.
I love rain on the roof too, it's raining here now.

I just thought of your nr. 1 while riding the train downtown yesterday: there was a happy baby.
How wonderful we can all hear those sounds you mention. When I am happy enjoying sounds I think it isn't fair some people just won't ever know what this is like...Happy TT! didn't mean to put the sad note here. Have a great day!

I always love these lists on sound. Makes me wonder what my boys' favorite sounds are through their cochlear implants. ;)
Yes, many of those sounds conjure up such wonderful memories (not sure about 'Mr Wonderful's' snoring...lol). You'll always be happy if you keep appreciating these simple pleasures.

Love the sound of rain on a tin roof - especially when it storms. It's quite exhilarating. Sounds, like smells, can conjour up some nice memories too. I love the sound of snow..... so silent. Happy TT :)
Aaah. I could probably do without the snoring, but hey - he's your man. ;)
Birds, check. I'm listening to Cardinals and House Finches right now. It's quiet, the keyboard is clickity clacking, and the hum of the air conditioner is really soothing here in the early morning when the girls are still asleep.
Crud. Now the sound I hear is the 9 year old's alarm clock. There's going to be a major break in my quiet noises now!

wonderful, wonderful list. I think one for me would be the sound of the surf with seagulls in the distance.

I love music. It's a big part of my life. For me listening to music can change my mood from bad to good.

Nice list of sounds! The crackling of a fire, and the crickets, and kids laughter and voices, the ocean, are all really nice! When my husband snores it keeps me up sometimes; I just tell him to turn on his side. It seems to help. :o)
I too love the sound of my hubby's snoring...it's helps me get to sleep every night. If I don't have it, I can't sleep.
I have to agree with ALL of those EXCEPT the snores... well... MY Mr. Wonderful's snores are NOT sweet! Nope... I'm sorry... they are LOUD and obnoxious! But... I can add that I love the sound of a bat *cracking* against a baseball! HOOOOOME RUN!!! YAY!
Oh... and you have NO competition in the "reporting" arena! I couldn't even come close to matching your great BOTC reports - and wouldn't try! I sure do LOVE reading them though!!! Thanks!

All the sound's my baby makes are the best, his laughter, his voice, the silly noises as he makes smacking and clicking noises, so wondeful. Not sure if I love my DH's snores, I mostly try to get rid of them by having him roll over. I would love to see the Boston Pops, I went to where they play once, but it was off season. My list is up!

Oh I love the sound of my Mr. Wonderful snoring too. It tells me that he is sleeping soundly and so rather than get frustrated it makes me happy:)

I actually forgot they were daisies falling and thought they were bubbles. I must still be in the time warp mode from forgetting yesterday was Thursday. I've posted my 13 on Friday!
