Ok, so I have a thing for the "Eat More Chicken Cow! "

I guess it's pretty bad when you drag your friends into the picture too!

Today started out well, sleeping in, leisurely shower,

reading a good book and ended well with a banquet and gifts.

We were able to see two of our strongest prayer warriors

Bill and Helen Morgan.

We went to church at 5 o'clock and saw lots of old friends and met new ones.

We were able to speak to two groups and had dinner with the Missions committee.

We were treated as "heroes of the faith".

I'm not used to being adored.....but I kind of liked it.

Ok, to be honest, I really liked it!

(Which probably means I cashed in all my humility chips at one pop!)

My ego is some what overly inflated by the kind things people have said,

and all the attention that we are generating.

Help me remember all the "warm fuzzies and best wishes" when we are back

at the mission and there is no one to pat me on the back or say good job.

When the mountain of used clothing reaches the ceiling

and there is only me to sort it out. Help me remember Lord

when the job is overwhelming and there is no energy left,

that you are still in charge and that your "Well Done" is better

than any of this!
