Wow, that's huge!

What makes a person leave their jobs and relocate in rural Virginia?

Ageing parents, being closer to family......and us?

In our ten year history these two have done so many things.....

because we asked them to.

Things totally out of their comfort zone.

because we asked them to.

They've gone repeatedly to Haiti,

because we asked them to.

I went once and reluctanly at that!

becaused God blesses even reluctant obedience.

They led three group trips here from Savannah

because we challenged them to do it.

would I have come back repeatedly?

Now they are actually here.

All their worldly good are either in storage or in the upstairs apartment.

The master bedrooms has live bees that are living in the walls.

There are 22 stairs to climb.

There is a medical room brimming with "Stuff" to sort and catalogue.

There is work that never ends and demands on the body, soul and spirit.

There are jobs to secure and adjustments to be made.

They are here because we challenged to think outside the box.

They are here because they are our friends.
