I was just sitting on the front porch with hubby and thought to myself.... does it get any better than this? We went to work today and worked hard. We had lunch together at the picnic table under a shady beautiful oak tree with a wonderful breeze. We had a nice dinner together (devoid of the TV) and had a pleasant conversation about plans for the week. We watched the news together and then had a surprise and delightful call from Beeks and Jerry. Afterward, we ended up on the front porch swing watching the world go by. (No sand gnats, no bugs, no stifling humidity or intense heat) Now we are inside and have had an invigorating shower, PJ's on and I'm soon to curl up with an interesting book. Does it get any better than this?
