A different kind of Valentine

They look like red M&Ms from this closeup shot. They actually look more like red hots when you see them in their box. (But they sure don't smell like candy when you open the box!) They aren't your traditional valentine of candy and flowers.
What are they?

These are adult vitamins that I have been bagging into smaller quantities of 10,000 per bag or bigger bags of 26,000 . They are on their way to Korea.

Equipping The Saints buys adult vitamins in bulk boxes for $9.25 per thousand. We have a large quantity that are short dated. We have been been able to offer missionaries substantial discounts or donate them so they can be used immediately. Most countries require medications to have a shelf life of at least 6 months. These vitamins have a shelf live of 10 months.

I am pleased that half a million of them will be on their way to Korea by March 4th. These vitamins will be going to hospitals and nursing homes to help supplement diets and improve the health and productivity of people I will never meet.

I don't know about you, but I like to think of my simple act of bagging vitamins as a Valentine to Korea !

That is so wonderful, Daisy, and I'm sure they will be very much appreciated. xoxo
