Oz's Big Boy Party

Oscar turned two and had a "Big" boy party. He is going to be the big brother and graduate into a big boy bed.

The emphasis was on big so everyone had to get into the act with big props and silly pictures. Here's Mommy, Daddy and newest baby brother sending birthday wishes to him. (Who knew that baby brother had a mustache?)



Following the rule of not inviting more guests than the child's age .....here are Katherine and Christina (Oscar's official invited guests!) They are sisters and Oz's playmates.

Poppa,and Diva don't count and neither do parents!



Oscar's Cake was a giant Cupcake (actually two pound cake mixes)made and frosted with sprinkles and two candles by his very talented Mommy and Daddy.


Oz had practiced all week blowing out candles so he was really excited to blow his candles out. He was disappointed that they were so quickly extinguished so looked at his Mommy and said, "Again, again?"





Oscar's blue lips should be an indication how much he enjoyed the cake. He liked getting presents even more!




This was his very favorite gift (his own singing tools and tool box just like Hanny Manny). He woke up in the middle of the night wanting to sleep with it.


I just know it was really hard to go home. We miss him. When asked how old he is now he will say , " Two old". I don't know about him but I certainly feel too old myself.
