State Wide Day of Mourning...

Today Governor Tim Kane has asked for a State Wide Day of Mourning for the students and faculty of Virginia Tech. We have been asked to wear either orange or maroon (the school's color) and observe a moment of silence at noon.

It just so happens that my very favorite hat has both maroon and orange in it. I bought it during our Lovely Laughing Ladies Luncheon so it always reminds me of a fun time in my life.

Now I guess I will call it my Virginia Tech Hat and it will also be a constant reminder to pray for students and faculties world wide.
